AGSEV School Calendar 2024-25 is out!

A) !!!NEW – FIRST WEEK OF SCHOOL!!!
Our lovely Cristina Martinez of the AGSEV Calendar Team will be present at the following places and times with the calendars at hand. Please bring the exact 10€ or buy online and show Cristina your payment confirmation!
– Primary School entrance, every morning from Tuesday, September 3rd to Friday, September 6th between 8:30 – 9:00
– JCR Clubhouse, Thursday , September 5th, between 10 – 12
– JRC Mensa, Tuesday, September 10th, between 12:30 – 14:30
B) DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR:
PAY AND PICK
Buy the calendar on the AGSEV webshop and pick it up presenting the email order confirmation you received at the secretaries of the Primary and Secondary school or the AGSEV office in Ispra (every Thursday from 9:30 to 12:30).
CASH
As in the past the calendars will be available for sale in the following places:
– Mrs Cernuschi and Mrs Amic have copies to sell at the secretaries of the Primary and Secondary school.
– The AGSEV-office in Ispra which is open every Thursday from 9:30 to 12:30.
The calendar is a not-for-profit project, and can be purchased at the cost of 10,- €.
As every year, the wall-calendar, which runs from September 2024 to August 2025 is created by parent volunteers in close cooperation with the school’s art teachers. Every month a different artwork of students from the school is displayed on the top of the calendar page, while on the bottom you find space to take notes on each day of the month.
You might also find it useful that the holiday calendar has been integrated, so you can easily see when school is closed.
