Dear parents,
The BAC party is traditionally held every year after the graduation ceremony, and is organised on a voluntary basis by the parents of the graduates.
To help the organisers manage large sums of money, the AGSEV provides a dedicated bank account, into which the participation fees are paid. Italian law stipulates that any association can only handle money exclusively for its members, so for families wishing to participate in this event, registration with the Parents’ Association (AGSEV) is absolutely necessary.
Please find below the details regarding the BAC party for the graduating year 2024.
The venue this year is the beautiful Madonnina (https://www.madonnina.it/) located in Cantello, on Sunday, July 7, 2024 at 18:00 to 1:00.
Parking is limited so we ask that families carpool if possible.
A photographer will be available for family photos @18:00.
Weather permitting, the aperitivo will be served in the Limonaia and the private gardens of the villa starting at 18:30.
For those staying for dinner, it will be served @20:30 in the elegant Sala Bianca across the street.
Dress code: festive and formal
There will be a DJ for the evening and the party for the graduates will continue after dinner in the disco below the hall. The photographer from the Saturday’s BAC ceremony will be present to capture the event with both photos and videos. In addition to family photos during the aperitivo and candid shots, there will be a drone at both events. Links to the photos and videos will be provided once montage is completed.
